Rand Mcnally World Map (Classic Edition World Wall Map)

Was looking for a world map to go in my study. Requirements were:

1) Do not need a laminated one as I am not planning on writing on it
2) Should be big enough [It's 50 x 32]
3) Should look elegant

This map fulfilled ALL of the above at an excellent price! Looks like Amazon listened to the customer feedback and shipped it in a solid shipping container; absolutely NO damage to the map inside.

The map should be wrapped around a tube, as it was just rolled up in a plastic box inside of a cardboard box UPS flatten it. I was not happy. it is badly creased.

This map hangs proudly in my office, and it is everything a good map should be: sharply detailed, accurate proportions to each continent, and a color scheme that makes differentiating between details intuitive. I personally really enjoy the aesthetics of this map and its 'aged' coloration. I framed it in a dark walnut frame that coordinates with the map very well. If you want a quality wall map with more muted colors, this is an excellent choice!

This map is incredibly large and the picture on it is great for learning more about the continents. The only trouble I'm having is that the paper is thin so I'm trying to find a frame for it, but it's difficult because of the map's size!
