Everyday Food: Great Food Fast

I have never found a cookbook with so many wonderful recipes, and when they say easy, they mean it. Not a ton of ingredients, but tons of flavor. I love that there is a color picture with every recipe too, so you know what the dish is supposed to look like. I would recommend this for any cook....novice or experienced.

I love this cookbook. Everything is easy and quick to make. Plus everything I have made so far has tasted amazing. I use this book a lot during the week because I want something healthy but fast. We loved the chicken stir fry with lettuces wraps, chicken tostas, and the grilled chicken with asparagus and potatoes. I strongly suggest buying this book no matter what kind of cook you maybe(good or bad).

I'm very picky when it comes to cook books - I want clear descriptions, indications of time and I really want pictures. I'm very visual and its the pictures that catch my eye and help me decide what to cook. I also want meals that you can actually make in an evening, that don't require too much thought or too many steps.

This cook book has all the above neccessary items and the one essential one - the recipes work and are delicious. I've made several of the dishes and all of them have turned out just like the picture and received compliments and been devoured. I'd love this cook book and want more like it!

It's a minimal investement for some really great dinners.
