Wonderful for me as i'm disabled, but great recipe for the great tasting bread, just make sure to use the middle of the oven and not lower portion of it to bake. The longer you wait, the better the results.

I've made bread by the hand kneading method as well as in a bread machine but this bread is by far the tastiest and easiest. Very simple instructions and it makes it so easy to have fresh baked bread in a very short time. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in trying their hand at breadmaking.
