Hungry Girl: Recipes and Survival Strategies for Guilt-Free Eating in the Real World

Since I am attending Weight Watchers, many in our group have gotten the Hungry Girl Cookbook. I had to go through and put the Points on each recipe but this did give me a chance to read each of them extensively. One lady in our group decided to eat all new recipes from this book for a week and she lost 3 lbs. These are so easy to read and follow, and it is a fun book for ideas.

A must-read for women seeking alternative methods to traditional cooking. Healthy options written out easily, with not a crazy amount of ingredients. Highly recommended!

This cookbook comes with so much more than simply how to get a meal finished. It includes tips for dining out, doubling recipes and so much more.

I plan to share this book with many of my friends and family.

This book is spectacular, the recipes "Rock" and most are so easy, I have been given so many great ideas and helpful hints on dining out and still enjoying what I eat. I am looking forward to the next Hungry Girl cookbook and will purchase it gladly and recommend it to my girlfriends.
