West's Business Law tenth edition

This book is very informative. I enjoyed reading the chapters and learned quite a bit more than I already knew. This book was used my Business Law I class in College and I intend to keep it for future reference.

It is a great place to start.

The book was brand new, but the packaging was little more than newspaper covering!! The binding of the book was torn, I believe because of the poor packaging, which is unacceptable for a brand new book. However, the price was very good, and the item arrived in a timely manner.

With online references galore, inline cases problems from actual cases, anyone who has a chance to study this book can't help but come out knowing some law. Perhaps just enough to be dangerous, but also enough to keep yourself out of danger. With over a thousand pages, plan to spend a lot of time going through it. I feel like it did a good job of introducing the basics of business law, while also going in-depth in many areas. Who knew anyone could write a chapter about "agreement"?

Some texts can be so completely dry, and this one has the potential to be so. Yet this book reads easily, and is kind enough to emphasize much of the text with highlights, boldings, and other wonderful devices to help draw your attention to important details. This book also has a fantastic variety of cases to point out certain aspects of the law. I would definately recommend this one if you are studing the law!
