Weber's Real Grilling

This is THE BEST grilling cookbook... plenty of photos really enhance all of the recipes and instuctions.

My team lead David Jorski recommended this book; still use it for different recipes for grilling.

We are a novice grilling family, and this is full of information and great recipes. Love it!

I REALLY like this cookbook. I was afraid that alot of the recipes in it would contain ingredients that could only be found at a gourmet shop but I found most of the recipes use your basic spices etc. I have tried several recipes and they have all been great!!! The book itself is very big and constructed well with thick pages.

Very good book with great guides on what temperature and how long to cook. We use it as a guide for the type of meat even if we are not using the recipes in the book.
