Great book for under 2.
This book is worn out. It a great book to read along with kids. They love to lift the flaps and easily relate to its simplicity. 2007-12-08

***** RECOMMENDED*****
this book is at the moment the favorite one in our house. Books like this one are a God-send. It is a series of flap pages with big bright easy-to-read text. After one reads the text, they can flip up the flap and reveal the part of the body being taught on the page. It is constructed of cardboard and heavy card stock. It asks a series of questions of "Where is baby's ..., and when you and your baby lift the flap there is the belly button, or nose or whatever. The baby in the pictures always looks so happy that you will just laugh and laugh. The bright colorful illustrations serve to bring out the text and allow easy recognition of the body parts.
I highly recommend this book for anyone that has small children at home. I often read it for my baby siter. My recommendation for older kids (around 10) is Why Some Cats are Rascals, Book 2

fun and educational
My 20 month old loves the flaps to lift in this book. It names many important body parts like eyes, nose, elbows, fingers, ears, mouth, tongue etc. He even learned to sign "where" and then lift his shirt up to show his belly button from reading this book. 2007-11-25

Adorable!
This book is adorable, and perfect for moms and babies to handle. It is slightly larger than a typical board book, but not too big for little ones to get there hands around. However, there are flaps to lift to display hidden images that are of thinner material than the book itself, so there is the possibility of kids tearing the flaps if they are fidgeting with them. Otherwise, totally worthwhile. 2007-11-07
