Must Reading for Every Parent and Child
I was so impressed with the information contained in this book that I immediately ordered a copy for each of my 4 children. I wish I had all this information before the death of my parents. Now I know my children will be informed. This book has inspired me to begin the "cutting down" and "weeding out" of my own possessions. Also giving special jewelry and collectibles to loved ones so they can begin to enjoy them now. Thank you for writing such a valuable book! 2008-07-25

The Boomer Burden is a Winner
"The Boomer Burden" by Julie Hall has proven to be an invaluable resource for me and my patients. I am an internal medicine physician who deals with many people of the Boomer generation. This book has been a pertinent resource for many of my patients, their families, and my colleagues. Until now, there has not been such a concise and thoughtful book on the subject. It really makes a nice gift for someone who is beginning to see the signs of decline and is becoming worried about their parents. It also helps the proactive older person get their affairs in order. I strongly recommend this book. 2008-07-23

Very helpful book
I find this book very helpful. It shares ideas and information that make it easier to help our aging parents. Often times we are at a loss as to how to help, this book handles those things beautifully. I highly recommend it if you have parents and are looking at helping them downsize, or declutter.

This is excellent!
Julie has done something remarkable here -- by making me feel like I am seated across the table from her. She answers each question before I have to ask and she answers even the tough questions, from the depth of her impressive experience, with the courage of her own convictions and with compassion for the reader. Talk about "been there, done that..." this is great! This book will be at the top of my gift-giving list for a LONG time. Bless you Julie! Donna McMillan 2008-07-14

Down to earth
Very practical book that helps persons with their own clutter problems as well as homes of deceased loved ones. 2008-07-14
