Great Recipes!
So far everything I have tried has been great! The recipes are very clear and easy. I like that it doesn't plan out every meal for you, you get to just look through and pick what you want. Works perfect for me even though I am only cooking for two. I can adjust the meal portions as I see fit which means I can make extra and pack for lunch the next day. We have saved a lot of money not having to go out and buy lunch everyday. It is also easy to make the recipes as healthy as possible by just using low fat low sodium ingredients. I am getting this book as a gift for family members for Christmas! I recommend it to everyone! 2008-09-16

great book
I get together with a bunch of friends once a month and we assemble meals to freeze for later cooking. The book is a great help to find awesome and delicious recipes the whole family, even with picky eaters, will like.

Love it
Can't wait to try the recipes...my daughter is going to be living off campus at college this semester and along with making meals for myself and husband I'll be making some for her. This cookbook will be perfect. 2008-08-03

Very useful book!
Great recipes using common ingredients. The recipes give portions for various amounts, which is helpful, and instructions are broken down into Freezing Day and Serving Day. My husband has like every meal I've made from this book! 2008-07-05

Rehashed and Below Expectations with too much branding
I had moderate hopes for this guide and cookbook. However, the recipes are fairly blah. The freezing instructions make sense, but are largely just gloss and can be found on the internet for free. Also, there are very few recipes in the book. I'm not saying that the book is bad or poorly written: it's simply not good. My final complaint: Don't Panic.. has too much brand name dropping and product placement. We've already paid for the book; quit shoving brands in our faces. 2008-06-11
