This is a well written, easy to read book. If dementia is touching the life of someone you care about this book can confirm things you may have already seen as well as provide insight on what's to come. Although every person is special, we have so much in common.

I purchased this book because a loved one was recently diagnosed with dementia and it was recommended reading. I would totally recommend this book as a great resource for anyone faced with having a friend or family member with this problem. It gives very understandable information about what this disease is all about and ways to handle your interactions with this person, particularly if you are the caregiver. It's a must if you are the caregiver to help you keep things in perspective, which is very hard to do if you are closely involved with their daily care.
