Weber's Big Book of Grilling

Lots of good idea's in this book. References to cooking times and temps are dead on. It has a lot of good Grilling Info. From selecting your meat on the shelf to prep, cooking, and serving. I was just grilling the basics (burgers, chicken, chops) and now I am out there 3 or 4 times a week with something different.

Weber is the best, Would buy again.

This is why I love amazon. You can get items like these that would probably have cost twice as much at a bookstore. I haven't tried any of the recipes but they look easy to follow, as I am a novice in BBQ-ing. The book is heavy and the pages are thick, I can't believe amazon picked up the shipping for this, but then again my order was $25 or more.

One of the best cookbooks for grilling ideas I've seen. Strongly reccommended for beginers and experienced outdoor chefs.

Excellent variety of recipes ensures you won't get bored. Recipes are well written, easy to follow and results are impressive. If you have a Weber, the cooking times are right on (can't say for other mfgrs). Lots of tips, info and diagrams on cuts of meat and how-to's on prep - you can learn alot about grill technique from this book. No nutritional info with recipes. Full color pictures will make your mouth water. Also rounds out the entrees with sections on sides, salads and desserts - you can create your whole menu from this book.
