Easy, insightful, great resource
Have read numerous versions of interest inventories, skill guides, and aptitude assessments in my hunt for 'what I want to be when I grow up' (in my forties now - but don't let that throw you, what I enjoy most is change.) At first glance, thought "okay - another one of these" but it's not just "another one" - it's one of the easiest to follow, and insightful. If you're just starting your search - this is a great place to start, if you renewing your search, it's a refreshing look at material that's been overdone and over analyzed. 2007-12-22

Hooray for Shoya!
Whether you are just starting out in your career or heading into a mid-life change up, this book has lots to offer the person who really wants to make a difference. By recognizing personal strengths and matching these with others, a clear picture will emerge.
This book should be mandatory reading for every CEO desiring a well rounded team to face the challenges of business in the 21st century.

Career Match
This is an interesting book. It doesn't take long at all to answer the questions to determine your "color". The assessment was pretty accurate and helped remind me of what I needed to look for in a new job. 2007-09-09

Best Assessment
I compared the Color Match assessment test with many others and Color Match wins for several reasons. 1. Ease of testing 2.Accurate results 3. Excellent career suggestions. More importantly, I learned so much about myself. . . . why my last job was the wrong culture for me, what to look for the next time, how to make a business presentation to a "Blue", why some relationships just don't seem to work. There is so much here that is more than career. However, I will never hire again without giving this test to the candidate. 2007-08-13
