I have used this book for years. It is thick and truly complete but is easy enough to reference quickly. The oils the author suggests are accessible which is important to the useability of the book.

A good book to help you understand essential oils and aromatherapy. I have used much of the advice the book gives to keep chemicals out of my environment.

The book I turn to for just about everything! This is an especially great jumping off point for those just starting to investigate aromatherapy. Very informative without being condescending nor hoity-toity.

When I ordered this book, I ordered it along with another I had found at the library. When they arrived, I found I liked this one better. It is indeed the Complete Book of Aromatheraphy.
I have used several of the recipies, if you will, that are found in this book and have had excellent results in a very short time. To anyone looking for more natural remedies for non life threatning conditiions, I highly reccomend this book
